Assessment and certification
To complete a course, learners must attend at least 75% of the live sessions, complete the weekly online quizzes and submit a final project. The overall pass mark is 50%. Learners who meet these requirements, and whose fee payment is confirmed, receive a USARETCO Certificate of Participation with a unique number, signed by the Chief Executive Officer.

Learner feedback
At the end of each course, learners complete a short evaluation. We review the feedback after every intake and use it to improve course content and delivery.
Complaints and appeals
Learners may make a complaint, or appeal an assessment decision, by writing to info@usaretco.com within 14 days. We acknowledge every complaint within 3 working days and give a written response within 10 working days. Appeals are reviewed by the Chief Executive Officer.
