This division builds practical and responsible AI skills for learners, professionals and institutions.
We train researchers, students, lecturers and professionals on what AI tools can and cannot do, academic integrity, disclosure of AI use, data privacy, bias and institutional AI policies.
We train undergraduate students to use AI tools to support note-making, revision, literature searching and the organisation of assignments, within their institution’s academic integrity rules.
We train graduates to use AI tools for job applications, business planning, self-employment, research, writing and data work, to improve their employability and productivity.
We guide institutions and individuals in selecting, configuring and using suitable AI tools, with attention to privacy, accessibility, verification and institutional policies.
After initial training, we hold follow-up sessions to review progress, solve problems met in practice and introduce new tools and features.
We run workshops for lecturers and teachers on integrating AI into course design, teaching and assessment while protecting academic standards.
