Description
USARETCO is recruiting part-time trainers to deliver competence-based courses in research methods, data analysis, academic writing and the responsible use of artificial intelligence. Trainers will work with students, lecturers and professionals in face-to-face, online and blended sessions.
Requirements
Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree, Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field. Bachelor's degree holders must show specific training skills, such as a recognised certificate in training of trainers (ToT), research methods, data analysis software (SPSS, Stata, R or NVivo), academic writing or artificial intelligence tools. All applicants should have proven experience in facilitating learning and good communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
